Author Biography
Corazon Sandoval Foley retired in 2007 after more than 30 years of professional career with the US State Department and has since been engaged with local history of Fairfax County, Virginia. She was awarded Lady Fairfax 2009 for her volunteer work in the community. She published a book on the Fairfax County Asian American History Project and on July 4, 2010, she initiated research for the historic marker project for Little Zion Baptist Church in her Burke, Virginia neighborhood to celebrate 120 years since its 1891 founding.
