Author Biography
Ryan Alexander Bloom has been playing the drums since 1996 and holds a bachelor's degree in percussion from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He spent time signed to Candlelight Records and is currently signed to Redefining Darkness Records. His playing is featured on Havok's album Burn (2009), Bloodstrike's In Death We Rot (2015) and Execution of Violence (2017), as well as several other independent or underground releases. Ryan is a working professional drum teacher in Denver, CO and previously authored The Complete Double Bass Drumming Explained, available from Hudson Music.
