Lockdown: Poems from a strange year - Paperback

The first waves of Covid 19 inspired my poems and pictures. They start in March 2020 when lockdown was new and startling.

After those first weeks came the relief of a partial easing. Then we had further easing - and more lockdowns.

Frustration and fear permeated those days before vaccines were developed. But so did hope and new patterns of connection. The poems offer the life-affirming possibilities of facing new times with hope and with love.

And always with an ironic sense of the ridiculous.
