Author Biography
Rebecca Slaven is a Reiki Master Healer who uses intuitive guidance to coach others on the path of comprehensive healing. In addition to healing, Rebecca is also a 500-hr Registered Yoga Teacher. Every day for the entire year of 2017, a post was written on the subject of self-love; these posts were then turned into a book that can be read year after year. This journey is an important reminder of how to love yourself and, in doing so, make the world a better place. Rebecca lives in Ellicott City, MD, and is originally from southern California. She loves to be near the beach and mountains.
