This children's book started out as a poem about a beautiful dog who roamed the neighborhood where the author settled. He bravely patrolled the streets by day. At dusk, he settled down at her front stoop under the streetlamp. She named him Lord Christophany. He had a regal, royal aura that commanded attention. He found refuge at her home and gave her a sense of peace during the wee hours of the night. Eventually, Lord Christophany was rescued and placed in a forever home
