Author Biography

Victor Menasce specializes in real estate development across multiple geographies. Prior to this, Victor held executive roles in telecom and semiconductor companies. In every case, raising investment capital was central to enabling projects. Victor became practiced at it. He made mistakes. He studied what worked and didn't work and why. It was through that process that he developed a systematic formula for raising capital. These rules seem to be universally applicable and have helped him fund multiple projects on an ongoing basis. Victor lives in Ottawa Canada with his family.
