Author Biography

Carolyn Gibson and her husband Gerald own and operate Dogwood Gardens Organic Farm since 1991. Carolyn is a family herbalist, massage therapist and helps her husband with beekeeping and growing wheatgrass. Carolyn first discovered herbs in the early '70's and has been making herbal remedies since. After becoming beekeepers she discovered the remarkable healing properties of honey and propolis. She teaches others how to make healing remedies using herbs, honey and propolis in her workshops.
