Author Biography

I am a psychotherapist by profession. I studied my bachelor's degree in social psychology at the Autonomous University of Queretaro. I have studies of certification by the Beck Institute for Cognitive Therapy and a Master's degree from the IPPCC (Cogni-tive Behavioral Psychotherapy Postgraduate Institute) in Hidalgo, Mexico. I currently work in private practice in intervention for problems with depression, anxiety and couples in adults as well as in the treatment of children with academic and behavioral problems. My experience has led me to work from children in rural communities with low literacy and alphabetization, to private consultation of public and private education institutions.
