Author Biography

Ronald Spadafora is a (4-Star) Chief of Fire Prevention for the New York City Fire Department. He was the FDNY Chief Safety Officer during the entire Recovery Operation at Ground Zero and was Deputy Incident Commander for the FDNY Incident Management Team directing rescue and recovery in New Orleans in the aftermath of and during Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.
