Many people have come and gone in the Operating Room that I worked in for so many years. There are some that stand out as great victories and others that were senseless deaths. The ones I remember the most are those where the life was lost too soon. I have seen and watched loved ones lose their life in senseless neglect and families robbed of their mother, sister, cousin or friend because someone abject neglect. Tragedies come to every family and ours has seen their share. May we be strong when it hits. God can and will help us face the days that lay ahead.
