There is a huge stigma attached to mental health, which is why I decided to create this collection. I know when people think of mental health there's so much that comes to mind, and unfortunately, I can't speak about everyone's experiences. I'm here to share my story because I know someone out there may need to hear they're not alone. I want to share my story because it's also been freeing to unpack and revisit these moments in time, especially those I was afraid to go. I'm here to relive the darkness but in a way that holds so much light... so much inspiration attached. It took me a while to find this place in my life where I feel secure. It took me a while to feel whole. So please, allow me to speak my truth about what could be triggering for some. I'm sorry in advance. Please don't read if you're not ready. Since I can only speak from experience... I attached anonymous stories from supporters from all over the world who wanted to share their stories. I hope it helps. I hold it makes an impact. I hope it reaches someone, even if it's just one person... we all deserve to know we're never alone in our pain. We all deserve to know there's more out there besides the darkness... to never give up.
