Dr. Ickes is also an Associate Professor of Psychology at Ashland University. During the 2009 season, he worked with the following baseball teams: Ashland University, Ranked #1 in Midwest Region, NCAA Division II; The College of Wooster, National Runners-up, NCAA Division III; and The Lake Erie Crushers, the 2009 Frontier League Champions.
