When my partner and I decided to bring a child into the world, we obviously, as two men, had to go through a surrogacy journey. We never really grasped how fast our baby girl would grow nor how soon we might need to lay the foundations of explaining to her how she came into this world. So I decided to write a fairy tale story that would serve as the foundations of her future

understanding of the unique way she was born.
