by Toni K. Kief (Author)
In the year since she was hired by the Ivory Winds Casino, Mildred Petrie's life has transformed. She may be over seventy, but Mildred isn't retiring any time soon. Although her job was meant to be undercover surveillance, Mildred doesn't walk away from danger and stumbles into romance. The shady business of bright lights, money, and gambling grows faster. Ready for action in her casino sweatshirt and fanny pack, Mildred uncovers the truth.
Toni Kief started writing as a challenge and she hasn't stopped. She left Illinois and moved around the country for a few decades, finally settling in her mother's home town in the Pacific Northwest. Toni is retired from gainful employment and started writing at sixty and writes about she knows, older women. When not writing or procrastinating she works to support the Writers Cooperative of the Pacific Northwest as one of the founding directors.

A small yet very thoughtful devotional book. A beautiful way to promote seeing God everyday in everything.
