Author Biography
Dr. Philip Levin serves as president of the Gulf Coast Writers Association, publishing their quarterly magazine, scheduling their meetings, and editing their yearly anthology. He is the author or editor of seventeen books, as well as scores of magazine articles. He is in his thirty-seventh year as an Emergency Medicine physician, currently at Memorial Hospital of Gulfport.
