Author Biography

After achieving many successes in sport because of mental training I thought I might try MMA. At the age of 52 I started training. By the age of 55 I reached my Goal, a title belt in amateur MMA. This happened because of good coaches, hard work, and mental training. I would noow like to share my knowledge with other fighters with big dreams.
