Sarah, Mary Alice, and Alfred Moose have decided on their costumes for the Moose Family's Halloween party in the Teton Mountains. Everyone travels to the autumn fair to select the best pumpkins for jack-o-lanterns around the campfire.
On their way to the pumpkin patch, Mama stops Alfred from entering the corn maze and warns the children to stay away. The stalks are taller than Papa Moose, they could all get lost.
