Multiplication tables are an important tool in mathematics. The Office for Standards in Education, Children's Services and Skills (Ofsted) of United Kingdom, has proposal for the new national curriculum to ensure that pupils are able to recite their times tables up to and including 12 x 12 by the age of nine. This is in an attempt to boost the mathematical competence of pupils in the UK. With this aim this short book and the videos: - "Multiplication Tables - Let us make it!"; - "Multiplication Tables - Rapid version to by heart!"; and - "Multiplication Tables - Puzzles!" are prepared to provide the fundamental understanding of formation of tables.
