Author Biography

LaVina's Czech heritage comes from both parents since both have ancestors that imigrated from Bohemia in the mid-1800's. She has included many recipes which list the family member that is responsible for making the dish a tradition. LaVina wants this cookbook to be a record to pass onto future generations so these delicious traditions can continue. Dobre Noc!
