As a former smoker, I am often asked to share my secret to finally "kicking the habit." Like many of you, I tried several strategies to quit but all my attempts were unsuccessful. Since discovering the plan that actually worked, I have wanted to share it with the world. However, I kept reminding myself that you were just like me and therefore remained silent. Like me, you probably started because it was "cool" and you could quit any time you wanted and on your own terms. Sound familiar Recently, while nursing a cold, I noticed that my mucus was CLEAR. Wow! Mine used to be BLACK! At that moment, I knew it was time to tell the world my story. Smokers: what you are doing is terribly wrong! It is not "cool"! You cannot quit as easily as you think, and it's finally time for you to bite the bullet, like I did 17 years ago. Therefore, if you're ready or just need some food for thought, my three-step method will hopefully inspire you to a fresh start and a new beginning on life. Before long, you too will be able to say to your cigarettes and/or cigars... "I WIN...YOU LOSE."
