Hi my names Michelle and I live in the beautiful Yarra Valley east of Melbourne, Australia. I have three wonderful daughters and husband. I love the outdoors and keeping mentally and physically fit. I am passionate about living an inspirational life and teaching others to do the same. My book My Little Red Head is about my 3rd daughter's journey having major heart operations and somehow surviving 5 cardiac arrests before she was 10 weeks old.
