This book is about my granddaughter, whom I love so dearly. She has a heart of gold, which is what inspired me to write the book about her. One day I was feeling down, and she called me and said, "Nana, you know I love you." I drive trucks. I had to pull over to get myself together because at that moment it was like God sent a message to allow me to know that someone loves me. My son was locked up at the time, and she was my confidante during the emotional detachment I had. She kept me stable during that time.
