My life started out simple and carefree as a young boy, until one day, it changed in a heartbeat. I was uprooted from my home in Pennsylvania, across the United States to Louisiana to live with my abusive father and a new dysfunctional family. The short stories are filled with interesting tidbits about my upbringing, my education, my Vietnam experiences, my life as a practicing urologist, my love life, and the children that I influenced along the way. There were many forks in the road along my pathway in life which made me the man I am today.
