Born and raised on Long Island, New York, Cher-yl would spend many hours alone connecting with the energy of Nature. After receiving her Masters in Education, she was trained in many Energy Healing Modalities. Here she shares lessons learned from Spirit awareness that provided guidance throughout her life. And shares some Energy Healing techniques that you can use daily.
