by Julie L. Carper (Author)

A true story of extreme lawyer-judicial bias in the Nebraska civil court system. How fraud is committed by attorneys and the court's refusal to investigate or hear matters of fraud because of bias and court complacency. It is a court system that allows excessive attorney privileges in ex parte communication and orders. A court system that will bend over backwards, contrary to any rules or laws to favor fellow attorneys, and ignore issues of alcoholism among attorneys, the most prevelent field with addiction issues from the stress of the legal career. Fraud easily practiced when a state court system fails to have an adequate document tracking system and set standards of court procedures, deadlines and time frames. It was one of the last states to abolish the electric chair as a death penalty and it is one of the last remaining states to adopt similar standards of Federal Rules of Civil Procedure in state court system.
