Dr. Dan M Ritchie is recognized as one of the top Personal Trainers in the USA. He was recently awarded the PFP Trainer of the year 2014 out of over 500 Trainers and 8 countries. He received his PhD from Purdue University in Health and Kinesiology with a minor in Gerontology. He has spent the past 15 years researching, and training the aging population. Cody L. Sipe, PhD is a leading expert in the field of Fitness and Aging. He is published author and has spoken around the world at major conferences. He is an award winning Director of Fitness Programs, and currently a Professor of Physical Therapy at Harding University. Cody received his PhD from Purdue University in Health and Kinesiology and has spent over the last 15 years researching fitness and how it impacts the aging process.
