Author Biography
Cristina Matta teaches English as a Second Language at a local community college. After surviving an 8.1 earthquake, she began writing about it, and the project turned into Never Shaken, a compilation of several people's survival stories from major earthquakes in Peru, Turkey and Pakistan. She has completed two YA novels and is in talks to get them traditionally published. Cristina lives in Chicago with her family and black lab.
