Author Biography

Rick Hopkins is president of G.M. Hopkins & Associates, Inc., a Washington, DC area nonprofit consulting firm specializing in fundraising, board development and fiscal management. He is retired from a thirty year career as a senior executive for the national YMCA movement where he produced millions of dollars annually in membership, program and fundraising revenue. An outstanding operator and fundraiser, Hopkins passed along these skills to over a dozen mentees who later became top level executives in the nonprofit industry.
