This book is a collection of my sketchnotes taken during a 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Course with Surinder Singh in Rishikesh (India).

The hand-drawn notes include Asana & Pranayama practice and alignment, Anatomy and Yoga Philosophy. In addition, there are full sequences and detailed alignment notes from additional drop-in classes I took during my 5 months stay in India.
