Ever since her father perished in a boating accident several years ago, Ollie has become very close to her uncle Corky.

When a mysterious stranger appears in town, unsettling events start happening deep under the ocean. Ollie, the kid and uncle Corky must join forces to save the ocean's creatures and their town. Finally, after many close calls while escaping the clutches of this dangerous stranger, the Kid reveals to Ollie the reason that he arrived in her life.
