ONCE UPON a TIME...many years ago lived a little girl who grew up in a small village, but also was privileged to be at her grandparents farm for much of her childhood years. After growing up and later becoming a mother and a grandmother, one of my grandchildren requested from me a "Cameo of memoirs" ... Though it was her persuasiveness I would like to express my deep love and high regard for all my grandchildren...One never fails to be amazed by how much our grandchildren enhance the quality of our lives. They awaken us to so many things that perhaps would have been impossible without them. I am so honored to have been invited to set out on such a wonderful journey. Because of them, I now have been privileged to relive the walk that made me who I am today. It gives me an opportunity to make some things better which will bring comfort as I search for deeper meaning to a more meaningful life. It is my prayer that my memoirs will encourage each that read my journey from a vey young child to now, to be inspired also to set out on a long hike into the wilderness of your past...
