Author Biography
D. Lane Stephens, CLU has been in the insurance business since 1974, managing and leading sales organizations for over 30 of those years. His leadership practices and theories go beyond the insurance business, however, and would apply to anyone in a leadership role. Lane and his wife Michele live in Paradise Valley, Arizona. They have three children, a daughter-in-law and one granddaughter as well as two very well behaved and spoiled labradors who have trained Lane to their specifications!
