Author Biography

Dr. R.J. Peters is a retired health care professional who started an animal rescue shelter in 2002 and has since worked with more than 1,000 cats and dozens of dogs. Her mission has shifted from the exhausting aspects of field work to educating others about the needs of pets in peril and offers hope and guidance in saving lives.
