To understand the aboriginal people, one has to understand the history of what has happened. Too often history almost completely ignores the story of the aboriginal people. At best, they become a footnote to the history of the dominant people.

This story attempts to tell a story from the aboriginal prospective. This is one small piece of Canadian history.
