Author Biography

Thomas Bleha is the author of "Down to the Wire" in Foreign Affairs, one of the first articles to warn of America's fall from Internet leadership. A former Foreign Service Officer and an expert on Japan, he received a prestigious Abe Fellowship to write this book and spent over five years researching and writing it.
