Oxalates can cause chronic illness and they can be caused by chronic illness. Dealing with high oxalates is like navigating a maze. I wrote this book in an attempt to help people learn how to navigate the maze. I explain what can cause high oxalates in the body and things a person my be able to do in order to reduce their oxalates. It is a very complex puzzle when dealing with oxalates and the solution is unique to the individuals health problems they are dealing with. There are things that can occur in the body that can cause the body to produce excess oxalates. Also there are issues a person can develop in their gut that can also cause them to develop high oxalate levels. I also discuss the health issues caused by having high oxalates. Hopefully I can also help people learn they do not have to fear oxlates.
