Pancreas recipes. Pancreas problems are very series and when the doctor told me I would have to be very careful with my diet. I created these recipes with the allowed ingredients. I am feeling well my hair is shiny, I have no pain and I have gradually become healthier in the last 3 months. I am sharing with you some of the recipes I have created. I hope you enjoy. The good news is I have lost weight but I do not feel hungry and my clothes are loose. Low fat diet, no oil of full cream dairy food and no meat or bacon whatsoever. At first I thought I will never do it, but I have, and I am feeling younger, my skin is glowing, hair is shiny and I have a bright future.
