Bruce Rosengarten is as inspired by his work as he is inspiring to others. With thirty years of executive experience, the last twenty as a senior leader, he brings extensive knowledge and vision to this book. Rosengarten served in one of the world's largest companies, as Shell's Global Vice President, Retail Marketing; Vice President Retail, Asia Pacific Middle East; Managing Director of Oceania, Shell Retail. His experience also includes Executive Director, Tables Games and Marketing for Crown Casino, and leading a region of department stores at Coles Myer Ltd. Through the years, he has built a reputation as an expert in team building and developing leadership skills of individuals on his diverse teams. His belief in others has made a difference to the professional and personal lives of hundreds of people in the organisations in which he has led. The author is a frequent public speaker and a popular coach for those keen to learn the concepts and practicalities of leadership
