Author Biography

Charles E. Hayes served in the United States Air Force for 24 years, retiring as a Master Sergeant with a Master's Degree in Education. His military service included 14 years overseas and two bases in Southeast Asia and two bases in Europe. After leaving the Air Force, he taught for seven years. He is an avid researcher and re-enactor as well as a full-time patriot. When not helping veterans and veterans' families with the Keavy Kentucky chapter of the Disabled American Veterans (D.A.V.), he writes full time.
