A John Doe clutching a piece of paper about a nuclear conference is found unconscious on a lake bank. He has post-traumatic head injury amnesia when he wakes up and can't provide any information regarding his injury. Julia had seen him 2 days prior coming from an alley next to where she had gone on a classic Seattle tour. As she starts to unravel the circumstances, she runs into a college friend who is now a nuclear engineering professor. She ends up being an unsuspecting participant in a high-level investigation involving international transfer of classified information.
