Susan Jane Smith B.Sc. was a Psychotherapist for over twenty years in both the USA and the UK. She was also a Divorce Mediator for five years with the Family Mediators Association and a Professional Practice Consultant with the UK College of Family Mediation. Susan brings her extensive knowledge of working with individuals and couples to this book. "Pre-Marital MOT: A Relationship Inspection" is designed to facilitate couples talking before living together, conceiving children together or getting married because Susan would like people to build strong foundations for the relationship. It is all too easy to "fall for someone" without checking that you each have the required skills and knowledge to make the relationship function over a prolonged period of time.
