For children and adults, there are so many benefits to writing every day. For younger children, journaling encourages them to build paragraphs one sentence at a time. It gives children a chance to organize their thoughts and express their creativity without being judged. For tweens and teens, journaling creates a stage for expressive emotional writing such as poetry, lyrics or friendship notes. This journal provides our youth with several opportunities: (1) to express their creativity within "Doodle" boxes, (2) to think about truths that build character, (3) to experience the benefits of journaling. Each page of the journal has scriptures, which are God's Precious Seeds to be planted in the hearts of our children (who are our Precious Seeds from God).
