Author Biography

DOUG HIGGINS is a landscape painter and former actor living in Santa Fe, New Mexico. In New York City he studied at the FRANK REILLY School of Art for drawing, painting and picture making and with WYNN HANDMAN director of the AMERICAN PLACE THEATER for acting.
