Author Biography

The author retired after forty years of medical practice. Academic title: Associate Clinical Professor of Psychiatry, University of California at San Francisco. Since 1995 he has published eighteen books of history, including World War Two, Lewis and Clark, and the Civil War. He lives in Virginia.
