Author Biography

HEATHER THANE is an educational consultant, master teacher, curriculum developer, and motivational speaker, who resides and teaches in Canada. She is a published author of three books, "Unlock your Greatness Leadership Coaches' Manual", "I am a Leader Coaches' Manual", "Teaching Educators to Raise Leaders: 3D Leadership Concept", and has edited many books. She is certified by the Ontario College of Teachers and holds a Master of Science Degree in Education and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. Heather has taught teachers in Bachelor of Education programs in the Caribbean, and has a wealth of solid teaching experiences at the elementary school, high school, college, and university levels. She has also spent significant time in coordinating and developing curricula for national youth programs, community college, and teacher education programs. Heather, with a 25-year success in education, has relied on purposeful strategies used to motivate, 'win over', shape, and engage learners. Indeed, what began as a passion for teaching has through the years of inspiration, consolidated into a 3D Approach to Education and Leadership.
