Margaret Nash spends her time as a Self-help Writer, Life Coach and Seminar Leader in San Miguel de Allende, a lovely, artistic haven in the central mountains of Mexico. She grew up in the Deep South in the 1960s, and lived in England for several decades before moving to Mexico. Artful Assertiveness Skills for Women, along with her workshops, deal with the themes of aging well, surviving transitions, and finding your groove in life in your 50s, 60s, and beyond. Margaret's tribe is the rebel-hippie spirit who is facing major life changes and feeling a little bit vulnerable, but nevertheless determined to age in the coolest way possible-courageously. She trained and qualified as a Master Practitioner and Life Coach in NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming), Hypnosis, and Time-line Therapy.
