by Merle Niles (Author)
Illuminating. Introspective. Inspiring. Adonijah
This book is a wonderful collection of poems that captures and expresses every emotion known to man. I love its transparency, vulnerability and sincerity. It pulls back the curtains of Merle's heart and lets the reader in -taking you on a journey of life with all its ups and downs, ebbs and flows. There is definitely something in this book for everyone. It's a fantastic piece of literature, truly a "must read". I thoroughly enjoyed the journey. This is Merle at her brilliant best! Sean "Apache' Carter Writing is, quite often, cathartic. It is the cocoon often used for the transformation of internal, private pain into external - sometimes public - triumphs.
In this unique collection of poems, Merle Niles expresses a lifetime of truths and experiences which are personal yet universal and punctuated throughout with enduring faith. Here she emerges, like the butterfly, from the cocoon of darkness into a world of brilliant beauty... Redemption!
May you find the courage to find your own path from darkness to light within these pages!
