Author Biography
After her older sister's premature death, Emily Slonina made a conscious decision to heal not only her body but also her mind so she sought alternative ways for healing. As the healing took place, her interests also shifted. She gradually left the world of corporate work to pursue other interests. As an adult, her passions include health and well- being, spirituality and meditation, ancient healing wisdom, and yoga. Emily believes that when we follow the wisdom of our ancestors and the holistic healing practices of the ancient wise ones, we can enjoy this health and wellness without going beyond our boundaries of safety.
