Author Biography
Tabitha Farrar recovered fully from 12 years of anorexia without professional treatment or support. Since recovering she has been an active advocate for de-stigmatizing eating disorders, and developing better recovery resources for adults. She has worked with, and learned from, hundreds of adults in recovery from restrictive eating disorders in her role as a recovery coach.
