Deb Gilbert is a Baby Boomer, born in 1950. While planning her own retirement, she realized that no two retirements would be the same. With her own unique experiences, she shares tips and a 'how-to' method to help others consider how to find their passions. She concentrates on planning and tweaking your life plan to fit your income and living preferences. She writes about how this time is a great time for baby boomers to reinvent themselves and the meaning of retirement. Deb is an online professor of education, research, and leadership. She has been involved in public schools and higher education for over 25 years and has a passion for promoting literacy.
